SuggestionsEmail responses were timely and quick, but there was some miscommunication regarding weight and shipping prices. I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved, but I am a bit sad that I have to spend more money on shipping fees than the stroopwafels themselves :-( I understand the need to have the products delivered as quickly as possible, but I wish there was another less-expensive shipping option, even if it means there will be a slight delay in delivery.

SuggestionsThe price for postage is too high that's the only drawback and I would suggest that they need to imprive on the packaging in the summer period. The waffle I received was sticky and could not separate the individual waffle when I wanted to eat it as the caramel melted and the whole pack was just like 1 waffle. I would like to ask that they should consider an appropriate package during the summer months to prevent the problem I had!

There was a lot of empty space in the case and it was tipped on its side. With the heat during transportation, half of the product warped from being on its side. Still delicious, just a bit messy and not as pretty.
