Worst custom service I've ever encountered.
We paid extra for urgent delivery on Monday, but DHL returned the parcel back due to a closed road. When I asked customer service to arrange delivery on Wednesday morning so that we could get it before the event, I was told "The parcel will be delivered today (that means Tuesday)". I didn't ask for that! I explained three times that it won't be possible to receive the parcel today and asked again to schedule a delivery for tomorrow, to which I received the same answer each time: "It will be delivered today". This went on for an hour until the customer service simply stopped replying to my messages. I had to call and they kept telling me that the delivery date could not be changed as they had already scheduled it. After a few repetitions on my part, it suddenly turned out to be possible. They really only do what is convenient for them, without showing the slightest desire to hear from you or help solve the problem.
They changed the shipment date but didn't send me a confirmation that the parcel had been shipped. It took me two phone calls the next day to get confirmation.
We never received the parcel on Wednesday and had to do the event without the items we needed.
Within two days the status of the parcel did not change from:
Delivery interrupted, the parcel is delayed for one or two days
Shipment not yet received or processed
When you write to support that you need these items and ask them to deal with it, they promise to contact DHL. But when you inquire about the status of the issue after a while, they reply "We haven't had a response yet. This may take several business days.", even though it takes 10 minutes to contact DHL by phone, and they have done this before.
Never order from this shop. They seriously don't care, if you are unlucky and something doesn't go according to plan, you will get zero attention and support in resolving the issue.
