product good with some flaws, delivery problems
I am still happy with the kit, however, my recent orders contained lots of empty space at the bottom, which results in fruit bodies growing against the bottom of the box. Perhaps better layering of the substrate could be ahieved, otherwise the kit still delivers.
I know it's not exactly within your control, but delivery is persistently awful. I wish you could work with Österreichische Post instead of these private companies. My parcel was torn open, and even the box within containing the kit was ripped up! And this was at the parcel shop after failed delivery (often they don't even ring the bell).
