You are right that there was some confusion about your order. I'm not going to deny that
The Real time stock was in the -, so I checked for you and it turned out that the order had already been shipped. As mentioned, we work with an external warehouse, so unfortunately I sometimes have to wait a while for an answer.
We informed you immediately when we knew that the order had already been picked up by DHL, with the correct products.
I also immediately started an inquiry because you would like to receive the order.
This morning I see a new scan on the tracking link, which I also sent you yesterday.
We are sorry to hear that the answer was not what you wanted.
But your products are on their way, I will have ICT look at why you have not received a tracking email and I will of course keep an eye on your order to ensure that it is delivered within a few days.
However... It's just been Black Friday. Half of Europe ordered online. It may (unfortunately) take a little longer than usual.
