I have been able to find the order you are referring to. This order did have a delay, but it was not because of the Klarna payment. After you had been on the phone with our colleague, it turned out that your part was delayed at our supplier. However, this had nothing to do with the Klarna payment. The payment had been accepted on our end and on Klarna's end, in spite of the fuzzy system status.
I will be sending you a personal email in hopes to provide a solution for the issue and misunderstanding.
