Hi, Honesty is the key so the product should be authentic and in a good condition which it was. I am in marketing department so I would suggest you guys to improve the look of packaging because its a human nature that cute and beautiful things attract us. As your name also includes beauty word so if you beautify the package, I think you will get more good reviews. Also, when the idea of giving something as a gift on top of order to a new customer is nice. To maintain loyal customer, Send them recommendation emails about discounts ,offer them vouchers and inform them about new upcoming products. I hope you would have many customers.
