Good assortment and fast delivery
I'm using the hbb24 for more than one year now, and for me, it goes really well. The communication on the website is clear and delivery is fast, all status changes are supported by emails, and I never experienced any troubles with them. The main "super" point from me - after the purchase, I do not need to worry and ask the shop whether all went good and when I will get my items (unlike it was on a couple other dutch websites, like johnbeerens for example). The only thing why I rate hbb24 for 4,5 but not 5 stars is the newly redesigned website - with the new design the basket experience is not smooth for me anymore and it has an issue, where the basket drops previously added items when I'm working with several tabs so I have to refresh a tab before I'm adding a new item.
