Altijd goede spullen van A4H. Goede service
After placing my order for a few parts, I received a mail explaining one part could take 4-6 months to arrive. They suggested a good alternative that would come with the rest of the order. Very helpful overall and this being my 2nd order I am thoroughly happy with the quality of the products.
Nach einmal mailen wurde mir innerhalb weniger Tagen geantwortet und gemeinsam nach einer Lösung gesucht. Daraufhin wurde das Teil schnell geliefert. Super Kundenservice!
Belde voor een bestelling welke nog niet verzonden was, direct helderheid over gekregen. Had te maken met feestdag welke tussen de bestelling zat. Advies gevraagd over kleppendekselpakking, kreeg advies uit eigen ervaring. Onbetaalbaar. Super service guys! Keep it up!!!
Ordered over a week ago with the most expensive shipping solution. Still no tracking provided.
Hello Oskari, You have placed an order on 25-05 via our shop for an OEM Honda oil cap. We processed the order for you on 26-05 and informed you via email that it would take between 3-5 working days before we could ship your order because the item was not in stock at us because it was on backorder with Honda (we normally stock this item). On 30-05 the product arrived at us and this means that we were able to ship your order on the 4th working day of the given 3-5 working days. Perfectly within the given period of time. You have choose the DHL shipping option which was the most expensive indeed (compared to the POSTNL and DPD) but this doesn't meen it's the quickest shipping option. It was not the EXPRESS option which mostly means that a shipment has a smaller shipping time. The DHL option you choose was just a normal DHL shipment option and doesn't mean the complete order arrives quicker at you. But the other 2 options are extra options to choose from (some people prefer a specific delivery company) You have received the tracking email from DHL already in your mailbox on the 30th and it will show when the order arrives at you. We hope that with the explenation above you understand it's a bit of a different situation than you expected/thought and we hope that you understand we are reviewed badly now for something we did perfectly as promised on 26-05 in our email. Beste Ahlam, wij hebben een bestelling van jou ontvangen op 26-05 en jouw order is die dag ook verwerkt door ons. Er is toen aangegeven dat wij verwachten jouw bestelling binnen 2-3 werkdagen kunnen versturen (zie email met orderbevestiging). Op de 3e werkdag is deze order ook ingepakt en verstuurd en heb je ook een track and trace email van DPD ontvangen. Mogelijk is deze in jouw spambox beland? De review die jij hebt geschreven is van zondag 1 juni, dus normaal gezien had je deze email en mogelijk al zelfs de bestelling moeten hebben ontvangen. We hopen dat je begrijpt dat de werkdagen die je hebt moeten wachten, volgens verwachting is gelopen. En dat het ook zeker een snelle levering is geweest voor een dusdanig uniek origineel Honda onderdeel. Mogelijk heeft bovenstaande uitleg je tot een ander inzicht gebracht van de kwestie en ben je bereidt je review te herzien. Hiervoor is tevens een verzoek gestuurd naar je emailadres. Ordered partes which were in "stock" and received confirmatiom email that parts will be sent with in 5-8 working days, and probably even eaelier, great, isnt it. But in reality, 18 days after ordering and paying for the items, several email with false promises that parts will be send soon, in 2-3 days etc, looks like I have to wait another week. Lets summarise, for parts "in stock" and shipping in 5-8 days, I am waiting 18 days and potentialy another week?? Critical parts and I cant drive my car without it... just great, right?

That is not true, at the moment our webshop does not allow us to show stock status online, that is why we inform our customers afterwards with information we receive from the manufacturers. In 90% of the time the expected time or arrival is accurate or even earlier. In some cases there can occur a delay but with parts flying all over the world from australia to europe, or from the USA to europe a delay is not so strange. We always inform our customers on time, and just like with this customer when the expected shipping date was delayed this customer was informed that the shipment was postponed for an 2-3 extra days. We do not like to inform our customers with bad news however accurate information is the key to next level service. When there is urgency with parts please reach out to us so we can advise for the quickest option, unfortuantely this customer never displayed his urgency, so we were not able to help him because there was no time left. Wielkuip links voor honda civic 2004 besteld past er niet op
Beste Randy, spijtig om te horen dat één van de 2 geleverde wielkuipen niet past (links dus wel begrijpen we?) Mogelijk heeft hier een productiefout in plaatsgevonden of is er een verkeerd geleverd artikel.
