Dear Mirco,
we have checked your order and we have noticed that your order got delayed several days.
You placed an order on 20-02 during the weekend and after the weekend on 23-02 the order got processed by us. You received an expected shipping date of 25-02 (shipping within 1-2 working days)
On 26-02 we found out that Honda had issues with their delivery to us and the order got delayed unexpected. Unfortunatelly we don't had this in our own control, but we did contact you immediatelly and confirmed we would be able to send your order the next day on 27-02.
But a few days later we found out that Honda STILL didn't supplied the part to us. Even when it had to arrive a long time ago already. On 04-03 we could finally send your order and you got the tracking details as well in your mailbox.
Unfortunatelly this is something we sometimes see with suppliers. People are working there, they make mistakes as well, just like us or anyone else and the result is delays we all don't want.
You did choose for the cheapest shipping option by mailbox for these small parts and its possible that a shipment via mailbox (and not a parcel) takes more time to arrive at you.
We fully understand it's frustrating that if only 1 small part of 0.5 euro gets delayed, the whole order can't leave and we try to be on top of every supplier, but we can't do magic sometimes and we have to wait and inform each customer as good as we can.
We hope you understand that we don't like it either.
We hope we can show you next time that 95% of the orders go as planned and we can supply quickly :)
