Dear Morgan, we are ofcourse disappointed in the fact that you are not happy with the product. But maybe there is a production mistake in the product? Or it got damaged during transportation? Whatever it may be, we didn't receive any reply form you via email so we could take a loot at this case and possibly solve it very easily with a new/correct product. You have written this review, instead of contacting us via email. This would have been a much more efficient and pleasant solution for the both of us, right? We can't determin what is exactly wrong with the product because we never received an email, photo, expenation or whatever about the issue. So this is what we would like to ask you to do, so we can solve this for you. I hope you understand that writing a review via this platform is not the way to solve a ''warranty'' product issue. This is a platform to give your review at the end of the process, after ordering, delivery, aftersales and not to start a warranty claim. i hope you understand this point of view now and that you can change the review and contact us via email so we have the possibility to help you. This is a bit of a surprise for us, since we havn't received an email or any communication from you regarding the fact that you are not satisfied with the QSP product. We never had a problem with this product with any customer, so we are very interested in the actual problem (production fault? Possibilty for exchange to a correct product?). Therefore we would like to ask you to contact us via email so we can look into this for you and if it's an actual product error, we can easily solve this issue for you without receive a 5 of 10 of Kiyoh. i hope you understand our point of view as well in this case and that we always are here to solve an issue. Even if the problem isn't a ''mistake'' by us but made by a brand we just normally sell. We can't test/take out of the box every item ofcourse. We need to rely on a brand/product as well that it is as described. We don't know exactly, because we are not aware of any issues, because you haven't contacted us via email or phone instead of writing this review. The result is that we receive this review now and we havn't been able to easily solve this issue for you by sending you a new product or product part. We hope that you understand it's a bit of a shame we have to communicate via this platform about something that we could have solved (and still can) via an email within only 5 minutes. Dear reader of this review, this customer emailed us with a very angry email that we have sold him a ''fake aliexpress'' water pump in a Gates box. We asked him why and his answer was because the box and the bag inside the box says ''made in China''. After we informed him that it's possible that a product from Gates can come from China, Poland, USA, Peru, Australia, Germany, and so on and that Gates do mention this on the box as well, he was not willing to understand this. An Apple Iphone is also made in China, does it make a bad product suddenly? Same For a Samsung Phone? It even says ''made in china'' on the back of the phone. We tried in many emails to explain what it means when a product comes from China and it's supplied by Gates to us (we all buy/sell Genuine gates products and we told the customer that we can proof we do and asked if he wanted to see a purchase order) but the customer was not willing/able to understand what we are trying to tell him. He only repeated that we sold him a fake China product. There is nothing wrong with the product and we can show him 25 Gates boxes in which products are included, made in China. But also made in Malaysia, Poland etc. Maybe this customer thinks that if a brand comes from the USA, all the products are made in the USA. Sending it back and supplying a new product (same box, same product inside, we checked in our warehouse) doesn't have any purpose probably. When the customer is going to send it back, we will refund it. No problem. We just don't want to be accused of selling fake products when we don't and even when Gates says in the box that the product is made in China. The box was never opened. It's just an original Gates box and product. Very unfortunate we have to explain this via this review platform after sending dozens of emails to this customer. Kind regards, A4H-TECH
