Hello, today I received from you the spoiler that is scratched and looks like disassembling the spoiler I returned to the courier please return the money as soon as possible

Hello Lukasz, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your disappointment about the scratches and the finish of the spoiler. However, we want to clarify that the spoiler comes directly from the manufacturer to us. It's unlikely it was used or disassembled by another customer. Regarding the finish, what looks like damage. It's the bottom part of the spoiler. You will not see this when the spoiler is mounted on your CR-Z. Maybe that is why the supplier did not finish it completely perfect. Finally, items made of carbon materials, sometimes have small imperfections or spots. It's difficult to notice this on the item. The ''issue'' you spotted was a white dot of about 1mm (really close up image) that you would never see when the product would get installed. But once again, We partly understand your disappointment. So, if you're not satisfied, that is fine. We accept the return of the spoiler and refund all costs to you, including covering the shipping costs for the return shipment. We hope this clears things up for you and others reading this review. A tip for next time: Please contact us (or any company at an online purchase) first about an issue with a product, instead writing a review via a review platform, which is not a ''direct communication'' option for getting in contact with a company. Could be bettet but okay.

I ordered a set of Tegiwa Scoops, which can come in a matt or glossy finish. Pictures were glossy black, parts are not painted, so i have to paint them.

This is also mentioned in the description. We mention this explicitly in the description because we know that it's not always certain that this product comes in gloss black. Molto consigliata, ci mettono il cuore

Dopo l'acquisto vieni assistito molto bene con diverse mail riguardante l'ordine , unica pecca i corrieri a cui si affidano che non permettono una grande tracciabilità del pacco , anzi scarsa tracciabilità ( meglio corrieri come UPS), però una volta arrivato il pacco... Ben impacchettato , fattura , pezzo con saldature di ottima qualità sia estetica che di resistenza , per non parlare del cartellino di ringraziamenti e un piccolo pensiero con caramelle , dettagli che fanno la differenza, prezzi competitivi non i più bassi che ci siano ma vale la pena se consideriamo il servizio .
