Hello Gonzalo, we are a bit surprised that you write a negative review, because you have accidentally filled in the wrong login to your account and that way you can't see your order anymore. Why does this mean we receive a 2 as a review? We can't do anything about that and your order has been shipped a long time ago and you have received a DPD tracking email in your mailbox as well. You can contact us via email or phone (clearly mentioned in our emails and website) if there is an issie with your account login, but i presume you understand that we think it's a bit drastic to give us a 2 as a review because of that. We hope you understand that we would like you to change this review based on the actual situation (same day shipping we processed for you with clear information) and that we are always reachable via email or phone. He pedido dos litros de líquido de caja de cambios mtf3 y ahora noe deja entrar a mí cuenta para ver el estado del pedido, me han bloqueado el inicio de sesión porque me dice que la contraseña no es correcta, no sé si mi pedido llegará o no pero ya no podré pedir nada más en esta página porque no me deja entrar ni cambiar la contraseña, de vergüenza

It is also known that an envelope shipment can take longer than regular tracked shipments. Next time you are in a rush with the parts please choose for a tracked shipment ;) Unfortunately at the moment the only thing we and you can do is to wait for the envelope to arrive!

Der Kühler wurde nicht komplett montiert geliefert, das Schiebedach fehlte noch, die Lamellen waren verbeult, die Lieferung war einfach eklig, für so viel Geld kann ich diese Seite nicht empfehlen.

Had gebeld met de vraag over een zink additief en kreeg vriendelijk de info waar ik voor belde, met wat aanvullende info. Dezelfde dag besteld en meteen een mailtje ontvangen met een track en tracé nummer. Na een paar dagen netjes binnen gekregen. Dat het een paar dagen heeft geduurd lag aan de koerier en niet aan A4H-Tech. Bedankt!
