Good Morning, I am sorry to read your review! Unfortunately these statements you are making are incorrect and inaccurate. You did not pay shipping costs "twice" only due to the size of these parts and shipping the order to the UK your shipping method was "calculated afterwards" for that reason we send you a payment request for the shipping costs which we are still waiting to receive. Your bank can make claims that we have received the payment but no bank can see what we actually receive they can only see their transactions on their side. A proof of payment can be easily falsified, and will not be sufficient. We will need to receive the actual payment before we proceed. When a transaction is made it is key to add a reference to this transaction otherwise our payment provider is not able to match the payment, and if so the payment will be returning to the sender. There can be multiple causes of the payment not arriving but most likely the reference was forgotten and the payment can not be mathced to an order, these kind of payment will be returning to the sender. We feel that we are not involved in making these mistakes but are now punished by your review which contains inaccurate statements, for that reason we kindly ask you to correct the review ;) Team A4H-TECH

A estimate delivery time needs to be informed more clearly and before hand. There was a delay in the processing due to staff issues, then a delay in sorting, then finally the part became available and dispatched. I really needed the part, so for me it was annoying not knowing for sure when I was going to get the parts ordered.

Since you choosen for a ''bank transfer'' payment, we will have to wait before we can inform you about your order when we are able to ship it to you, because we don't know when your actual payment arrives. This is a choice you made yourself and this is also mentioned in our website. This is because we can't ''reserve'' products for people who havn't paid, because sometimes we just don't receive the actual payment and other paid customers should have an advantage in the availability. A part from that you have emailed us on monday to check if all the parts do fit your car model, so we had to check a few things manually as well. But since we received the wrong VIN number of the car, we could not check and we had contact with you every day so far. As mentioned in the website on product level as well, we can mostly ship the order in a few hours or 1-2 business days and in your case it's the same. But we had to wait for your payment and processing your request if the products did fit your car model, so this caused a delay as well. We always try to reply within 24-48 hours (and often much quicker) but we hope you understand we have a limited amount of time during the day and there are other customers who need our attention as well. The only thing they have to sort out is their webshop, had a few hiccups during the ordering process. Other than that, everything was great.

Stop selling bull boost shit or atleast D- series intake manifold. Did not bolt on staight. Had to show some angle grinder to it. And it has very bad quality casting for the price. I had one from ebay like 100e and it was better XD.
