The shipping experience is terrible.

It is my second time ordering from your company, and each time my goods were delayed without any notice, this isn’t acceptable honestly. Last week I ordered a few small things,nothing big or heavy, and I was told they would arrive in 6 to 10 days, and today when I was expecting them, I am being told I have to wait another week. The customer service is awful and I won’t recommend it. Last time the boxes were in a rough shape, I don’t know how they handled it. At least the things were original. I will try to avoid buying from you again.

Dear Popovici, thank you for your review and very unfortunate that your order has been delayed. We looked into this and noticed that Injen informed us that 1 item of your complete order got delayed. This is something which happened outside our control and we are forced to re-inform you via email about this. We have tried to arange something else for you as a gesture of willing to help you out and we have found a solution for you. We will receive the item via a different supplier much quicker and we should be able to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Luckely much quikcer than in the first place via Injen themselves. We hope this helps you receiving the parts much quicker. Regarding the quality of the customer service you possibly want to review this. We have been informing you form the begin to end with lots of information about your order, when we should be able to ship and looking at any email conversations (none on your email address as far as i can see). Also regarding your previous order with 2 very specific products we also informed you fully about the process, when you could expect the parts and what alternatives are available if requested. As you can see, we are not afraid of taking our responsibilty and we take our service and aftersales very serious. That is why we would like to ask you to reconsider your review, also because we have not received any information/email/request/complaint from you via email or phone before you wrote this review. A request for the review has been send as well.
