Perfect.

very friendly guys, and what I love more then anything, answering fast and its easy to make deal with them. Im from Montenegro and my english is not really good, but I want to say everything good! oh yes, shipping is also fast and very very good packed! Zeer goed bereikbaar.

Ik had 2 rechtse aandrijfassen besteld en daar nog wat vragen over. Ik kreeg binnen een half uur reactie, iedere keer. Omdat ik ging afhalen had ik ze vast besteld via de site, daarop kreeg ik direct mail van een collega of het wel klopte dat ik 2 rechtse assen moest hebben, niet dat ik iets fout ingevoerd had. Snelle en goede service en ze denken goed met je mee.

Een voorbeeld voor andere webshops

Over het gekochte product (SHIN-ETSU siliconen vet) heb ik een vraag gesteld. Daarop kwam heel snel een duidelijk antwoord, waarop ik het product besteld heb. Verzending volgde daarop direct waarbij ik van elk stadium van het verzendproces nauwgezet op de hoogte werd gehouden. Niets dan lof.

High level customer support, excellent goods

Even my small order was supported nice by answering to my emails. It was well packed. But two things are nice to fix: 1. I asked to change payment type of my order, but I couldn't see the change inside my account on the website. And that is why order was marked as cancelled but it wasn't. 2. Order was sent to my billing address, not shipping address. But for me these two points were minor. So great thanks to the shop.

Hello Gregor, we have looked at your specific order/product and the email conversation there was about this product. We have replied to your email in which you mentioned that there are tiny transportation marks on the strut bar you have ordered. The marks are on the bottom of the strut bar and during installation of the product, you will cause the same marks probably because installation is always a small struggle. The black coating is not the only coating on the product, there is also a rust prevent coating underneath the black coating. The strut bar will not suddenly start to rust, don't worry. Also: I have asked my colleague to contact you about this situation (again) because we were convinced (and we never got a reply back from you) that you agreed that these tiny marks are still acceptable for a product that will be installed underneath the hood. Hopefully we can come to a clear agreement. Please check your mailbox. For next time: Please email us first before you write a review about a product that can be solved easily via email and people who read this email can't see the product/marks we are talking about. Mal schauen wie lange es dauert bis es rostet.

Die Domstrebe kam ziemlich zerkratzt an vor allem an der Unterseite aber auch mit Macken auf der Oberseite, der Support meinte nur sieht man ja nach dem Einbau nichtmehr und Glück gehabt. Brauch ich gar nicht erst zurückschicken weil die Domstrebe so gebraucht aussieht, dass ich sowieso kein Geld zurück erhalten werde.
