Response from the business owner
Hello Estefano,
You have placed an order at us on March 17th.
We have processed your order on March 18th and informed you by email.
in that email (written in Dutch AND English, as mentioned in that email very clearly) we have mentioned that you have ordered a product which is on backorder and will arrive within 10-15 working (no weekends/holidays included) days.
Possibly quicker, but we can't assure this because there are many delays in shipments towards us from the USA, Asia, Europe etc.
So we don't understand what you mean because you are fully informed and we havn't received any email from you with any question or request. We processed your order, you were fully informed and so far we havn't done anything wrong as far as we can see.
Can you please get back to us via email [email protected] and explain what you mean and what you want us to do?
Maybe you are willing to change the review for us, now you have been informed (again) what the situation is and that we can't be blaimed anything since we haven't done something wrong.
