Good enough

I've bought from A4h-tech a lot of times, most of the parts I've got for my build was ordered here. My suggestions to improve the service: Your competitor has option of next day delivery. Sometimes I need the part RIGHT NOW, so possibility of getting it next morning would be very appreciate. Even for normal shipping some have option "If you order before certain time, we ship it same day". I don't know if you have enough resources for doing that, but I would greatly appreciate it as well.

Good Morning, We are sorry to read this review. The reason why your order is not shipped yet is because of the payment method you have chosen, the sofort banktransfer always takeS very long. You placed the order on the 11th of October, but the payment was received on the 16th of October! 5 days later! The order will only be processed when the payment has been received, and this was done on the 16th of October. So we informed you on the 16th that we expected to ship your order within 1-2 business days, so the order should leave today at the latest. We have received the lights, these will be leaving to you today! In this case the cause of the delay was because of the chosen sofort payment method. Regards, Team A4H-TECH

Made a big order, everything on stock, and one month later it's still processing...

I have made a big order, more than 800€, only on stock items, and almost a month later it's still processing. I've mailed consumer service telling them that I needed everything ASAP, that's why I bought everything from them, and they told me that everything would be delivered on about 4-6 working days. Well... The 6 days had expired and the order status it's still the same. Very dissapointed.

Good Morning, We are a bit surprised to read your review, there are multiple incorrect statements in this review, first of all not all parts were in stock. We try to do our best to keep as much parts in stock as we can but we deliberately do not show stock status on our webshop so i do not know why you assumed all parts were in stock. The reason behind we do not show stock status online is because we like to inform our customer afterwards with accurate information rather than a "guess" shown online which turns out to be inaccurate afterwards. Secondly we informed you that this order will be shipped within 10-15 business days. That time is not expired yet and we expect to ship this order very soon. You probably didn't read the email we have send you with the order information in it because otherwise you would have known that from the 8 parts you ordered, 1 was not in stock and still had to arrive. fijne winkel met vriendelijk personeel. staat altijd klaar om tehelpen

door de jaaren heen voor verschillende merken en autos word ik altijd zeer vriendelijk en snel tewoord gestaan. ze zijn altijd berijd om moeite tedoen en tevens onderdelen te bestellen die niet op standaart vooraad liggen. of compleet buiten asortiment. 10/10 een aanrader voor iedereen.

UPDATE 23-10-2024: THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RESPONDS TO OUR EMAILS AND THERE IS STILL NO ORDER OF THIS CUSTOMER IN OUR SYSTEM. THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON WRONG INFORMATION. Hello Enrico, we have checked your name and emailaddress in our system and there is no pending order from you in our system. No single payment or actual order of a set of tail lights. After that check we looked at the background of our shop and we noticed that you have TRIED to finish an order, but the order got canceled in the check out and the payment never arrived. If this happens, we don't receive any actual order and we can't process it for you. So i am afraid you are wrogn regarding the fact that you never received an item and paid for it, since it's not the case. Very unfortunate ofcourse and we are willing to help you out by supplying the product anyway, but it's a but unfair to write a review about an order that never has been placed. Please reply to our email we have send you how we could proceed and how you can change the review. Otherwise we will have to contact Kiyoh to remove the review by supplying them the required information (proof of not having an order from you).
