UPDATE 23-10-2024: THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RESPONDS TO OUR EMAILS AND THERE IS STILL NO ORDER OF THIS CUSTOMER IN OUR SYSTEM. THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON WRONG INFORMATION. Hello Enrico, we have checked your name and emailaddress in our system and there is no pending order from you in our system. No single payment or actual order of a set of tail lights. After that check we looked at the background of our shop and we noticed that you have TRIED to finish an order, but the order got canceled in the check out and the payment never arrived. If this happens, we don't receive any actual order and we can't process it for you. So i am afraid you are wrogn regarding the fact that you never received an item and paid for it, since it's not the case. Very unfortunate ofcourse and we are willing to help you out by supplying the product anyway, but it's a but unfair to write a review about an order that never has been placed. Please reply to our email we have send you how we could proceed and how you can change the review. Otherwise we will have to contact Kiyoh to remove the review by supplying them the required information (proof of not having an order from you). El articulo no a venido con los casquillos ni con los pernos que tocan para hacer el montaje, no encaja bien con la chupona de aceite y hay pernos que no llegan bien al "sump oil". Para K24 Espero alguna respuesta ya que tengo el motor abierto a causa de no saber que hacer.
Good Afternoon, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the sump baffle :( This customer ordered a Blox racing part and unfortunately we have confirmed Blox racing did not provide the correct hardware kit, causing the problems at this customer. Altough we can understand the reason writing this review, to get this resolved by writing the review is not helpfull. The best thing to do is to write us an email when something is incorrect. You received DHL tracking details in an email and i hope that you understand when DHL takes over the parcel, we are forced to let them do what they do and it's outside our control. The tracking details also show where the parcel is, what possible different delivery address you can choose and if there is an issue. We have not received any email from you regarding a delay in the shipment to Spain and therefor we think it's not completely fair to write a 2 as a review for this. El alerón viene con unos números y letras en relieve que en la descripción ni en las fotos aparece, además venía con un roce importante en un lateral! También pensé que era la pala regulable y no, es fija pero tampoco pone nada en el anuncio. Con esta compra estoy algo decepcionado. Lo único bueno el plazo de entrega, que fué muy rápido!
