Ordered partes which were in "stock" and received confirmatiom email that parts will be sent with in 5-8 working days, and probably even eaelier, great, isnt it. But in reality, 18 days after ordering and paying for the items, several email with false promises that parts will be send soon, in 2-3 days etc, looks like I have to wait another week. Lets summarise, for parts "in stock" and shipping in 5-8 days, I am waiting 18 days and potentialy another week?? Critical parts and I cant drive my car without it... just great, right?

A common misconception is that we show stock status online. That is not true, at the moment our webshop does not allow us to show stock status online, that is why we inform our customers afterwards with information we receive from the manufacturers. In 90% of the time the expected time or arrival is accurate or even earlier. In some cases there can occur a delay but with parts flying all over the world from australia to europe, or from the USA to europe a delay is not so strange. We always inform our customers on time, and just like with this customer when the expected shipping date was delayed this customer was informed that the shipment was postponed for an 2-3 extra days. We do not like to inform our customers with bad news however accurate information is the key to next level service. When there is urgency with parts please reach out to us so we can advise for the quickest option, unfortuantely this customer never displayed his urgency, so we were not able to help him because there was no time left.

spijtig om te horen dat één van de 2 geleverde wielkuipen niet past (links dus wel begrijpen we?)
Mogelijk heeft hier een productiefout in plaatsgevonden of is er een verkeerd geleverd artikel.
Wij hebben geen email ontvangen voor deze review aan met betrekking tot het niet passen van dit artikel en wij bevelen altijd aan om eerst email of telefonisch contact met ons te zoeken, voordat je bijvoorbeeld ene review schrijft, aangezien we dan kunnen achterhalen of de fout bij de klant, bij ons of de leverancier ligt en dan mogelijk alsnog het een hele positieve wending kunnen geven voor jou!
Daarom zal mijn collega ook contact met je opnemen om dit te onderzoeken en je daarbij te helpen.
Mogelijk zou je daarna willen kijken of je de review wilt overwegen en kunnen wij daar een verzoek voor sturen.

Dit bedrijf biedt ouderwetse service: via e-mail gestelde vragen worden zonder uitzondering dezelfde dag nog beantwoord. Ook telefonisch is het contact uitstekend: men neemt echt de tijd voor je. Bestellingen worden vlot geleverd en mocht er onverhoopt iets fout gaan bij de vervoerder gedurende het transport dan wordt dit direct en tot volle tevredenheid opgelost. Bij deze leverancier is de klant nog echt koning!

Mauvaise pièce mais personnel réactif

J'ai commandé une lame arriere civic ek9 type r j'ai reçu une lame avant de la civic génération 5, toute fois le personnel en charge du retour à été hyper réactif et j'ai pu retourner la pièce en peu de temps merci à vous

yes we found out there was an issue with the labels on the products in our warehouse, which means that several lips have been labeled wrong accidentally and that way you receive the wrong lip.

Great, some difficulties and properly solved

Usually you don't need extra involving communication for an order. In this case, delivery time for a product became very high or unexpected, and they let me know the problem, and offer me an alternative suitable part that is cheaper. Also some difficulties in the money refund in the same payment method, but also solved in an alternative way. So I'm very happy about their customer service, that shows it's true value in this circumstances. So totally recommended. They also have some not so common products available, and usually with standard or sometimes interesting prices.

Super fast delivery

Bought a set of Sonar tail lights for my Civic. They came 2 days later (Denmark). Fitment is a bit off but nothing that can't be adjusted, but that's Sonar's fault and not A4H. Great service!
