I ordered from this company before and it was a positive experience. However my recent order was sent using a business to business delivery service that is very slow yet expensive and so far no updates from the carrier as to where it is and how much longer it will take to be delivered. Really disappointed with this company that doesn't have a consistent delivery system in place for private customers who often need parts urgently and would like to be given better shipping options. I have contacted boonstra and the carrier for update but I still don't know how much longer it will take or where it is. Please improve your delivery options and maybe use a different carrier for better shipping experience to individual customers.

The only part which was unfortunate was the built in messaging system you have. When I was looking at the part I was planning to buy a blue button showed up which said I can send you a message. I did just that, but it seems that got lost somewhere, because for a week i got no answer, but when I messaged you at [email protected] you responded the day after. Otherwise I was happy with everything. The part i nice, it's cheap, when I asked for info you told me what I needed. Would use this site again.

j'avais enfin trouvé un échappement d'origine pour mon 954... Jai donc passé commande !! avec quelques autres petites pièces. J'attendais que l'on m'annonce la livraison, et non ! la pièce commandée n'était hélas plus disponible... Du coup j'ai annulé toute la commande... Ils ont cependant été très réactifs pour rembourser la commande ! J conseil pour le choix de pièces d'origine, mais bon, le stock n'est pas toujours à jour...

Obwohl die Versandkosten nicht gerade niedrig sind ist alles Perfekt. Das bestellte Teil (Bremssattel) ging noch am Tag der Bestellung zum Versand und war bereits am 3.Tag bei mir, das rechtfertigt die Versandkosten. Die Ware, der gebrauchte Bremssattel entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, genau wie es sein soll. Klare Empfehlung für Babbon!
