Ok, but need to pay more attention to details of the order.
Positive:
- relatively quick answer to questions;
- as forecoming as they can be;
- really fast delivery with DHL Express.
Bad:
- even though I switched to English on site for purchase, all the incoming messagess from the system were in Dutch, which is unacceptable;
- even though I have provided full name and surname and full address of the recepient, the package was addressed to my name and the recepient’s address, which caused additional problems with both DHL and customs (thanks to the nice staff in DHL customs department, I have managed to finish and clear customs, otherwise it would not be possible to finish everything).
