I couldn't complete an order with my card and the representative helped me a lot and in the end we swapped bank details so that I could make payment. The only issue I had was that the order did not go through originally and I did not receive an email telling me an unsuccessful order went through. As a result I was waiting for over a week for an order that was not successfully completed.
