Envoi très rapide, bien emballé mais dans la description de l’annonce de cette selle moto Honda MTX80 , si je me souviens bien , il était mentionné trace d’usure , ce qui est normal sur une selle de cet âge mais à l’arrière, se trouve un trou du à une brûlure ( ou autre) qui n’était pas écrit.....et je n’ai pas remarqué ce trou sur les photos, j’ai déjà effectué plusieurs achats auparavant sans jamais être déçu.

je suis toujours en attente de reception,,,,,,payée le 3.10.2020 toujours rien reçu a ce jour (19.10.2020) et dire que "Livraison rapide (1-4 jours ouvrés en France)" ???

la piece commandée est de mauvaise qualité et presente un d&faut de fonctionnement de plus elle etait chère !!

J'ai effectué plusieurs achats via leur site et je n'ai jamais été déçu, à chaque fois, on reçoit exactement ce qui est publié en photo. Super sérieux et super pour faire des bonnes occases à un super prix.

La diversité des références, la richesse du stock, sont impressionnant. la réactivité à la sollicitation par mail (24h00) est bluffante. le problème c'est le transport et la livraison pour certaines pièces.

Boonstra is an reputable company which sells good quality parts to needy clients such as myself. The online customer service staff are extremely helpful and do their utmost to assist with any queries that you may have about a part. The online representative, Lorena, that I dealt with was very professional & helpful in her dealings with me and I'd like to have this noted in my review. Additionally, all parts are priced very competitively and in my experience, cost less than those for sale on eBay and are of better quality in general. The only negative in my experience this time was that the caliper when it arrived and was fitted to the motorbike, was not 100% functional. My mechanic had to inform me that a small steel bar in the unit was partially sheered off at the end and was loose therefore within its socket. He showed it to me and I can verify that the steel arm/bar was indeed loose & shook with the unit. Luckily enough, the mechanic was able to use the exact same part from my old caliper which had the seized retaining pin and the issue was fixed without my having to return the part to Boonstra. I did however have to pay him slightly extra for his time since he had to fix the issue after his discovering what is a potentially dangerous fault in the caliper. I feel that it is important that I bring this to your attention although I do admit that it would be very difficult to discover this type of mechanical fault unless you were taking the caliper apart to refit it. Other than that, the caliper was in very good condition and as stated above the customer service experience was excellent.
