If there was a "zero star" rating then I would have chosen it for sure. 1) One morning I placed my order. By afternoon I changed my mind and I wanted to cancel it because I found my items cheaper to an other site. Don't make a try... They will never cancel your order because they NEVER look your messages!!!! NEVER!!! They reply to you after 3, 4 or 7 days. After so much time, your order is already shipped... Of course they NEVER answer phone calls!!! 2) I order two parts, especially for my bike (model, year, etc), and none of them couldn't fit. Nuts and bolts was really rubbish. Of course I chose to go to a mechanic to make some custom job for these parts just to fit to my bike because I didn't want to take the risk and send them back. My decision was correct.... 3) Items' cost was 162 euros. Custom job and nuts-bolts cost was 70 euros. So, I asked for a small refund. We made a deal for 25 euros (only!!!). Iam waiting still now (7 weeks after) and they haven't make the refund. They say that it is bank's fault but of course the don't send the money. Also they have the audacity to send me photos (png's) from a screenshot just to justify that they made the refund.

After trying to find a used light for several days within the UK to no avail. I tried Boonstra and they had the exact part I was after. I purchased on the Thursday and the part was delivered to my UK address by the Monday afternoon (4days). The only criticism I do have really is that the postage was more than the part itself, perhaps if a smaller box was used the postage may have been cheaper. Will definitely use Boonstra again to keep my ageing 96 Honda CBR900RR on the road.
