Vanaf het moment van betaling tot levering is het een onduidelijk proces. Op de site kan je de voortgang checken. Maar wanneer er staat verscheept, hoor je niets meer. Ik betaal 10 euro verzendkosten voor een DHL bezorging. En ik hoor helemaal niet, geen tracking code niets. Opeens staat DHL voor je deur, dagen later. Voor 10 euro verwacht ik toch op zijn minst een track code. Of een belletje desnoods.

finding the part on the website was very easy did not have to scroll through hundreds of parts just put in bike model and part wanted and it goes strait to it prices are great and postage is very fast i live in the uk and i had the part fitted within 48 hours from ordering . will be using this company again when i need other parts would highly recommend

I was a bit concerned about the freight quote given I’m on the other side of the world. But they said delivery in 4 days so I went with it. 4 days later I had the part in my hands in New Zealand! AWESOME, I sent an email enquiry that was handled promptly with an accurate response and quote. The entire transaction was faultless and simple with a secure payment in my currency. Communication on dispatch confirmation and delivery was great. Using DHL was worth the little extra cost as delivery was so quick. The part was exactly as described, overall a fantastic experience, I wish all online experiences were this good, these guys are great.

das windschild für eine BMW K 75 RT ist schnell geliefert worden. Leider entspricht das Windschild nicht der Quaität welches ich bei der Auswahl als Bild gesehen habe. Das Schild was mir geliefert wurde ist verkratzt und hat blinde Flecken. Momentan kann ich noch nichts endgültiges sagen. Yvonne muß ich ein Bild senden. Hier die Antwort von Yvonne.
