Sorry for not speaking Dutch, yet. I did get a very nice and good service once I called in an Dutch speaking aquaintance. Still we managed to missunderstand eachother - it happens. No big deal. Question is what you can do for me to help me aquire needed parts/measurements/data - to solve the issue. Returning the frame will moste likely be too expensive, so I will look upon it as "learning money/expences". As for the freight - impressively quick. DHL repremanded you, with good reason (you badly need to up-date your packaging personel on how things need to be package...) Since I knew the contet and could assess the parts protruding though the packge, I saw that no damaged had occured - still, the DHL driver did speak his mind, with good reason! Would I recommend you. Of cause! Item in good, clean condition - at a very fair price with a quite modest shipping fee. You made me feel welcom as a new customer. Thank you.
