Speed and professionalism
I live in Portugal and did not know Boonstra, so I searched the internet for some pieces I needed for my old lady Triumph Tiger.
I found the pieces I was looking for at Boonstra and registered immediately to make the purchase, after which I paid and only then I realized that my list did not contain 2 items that I had chosen on the site.
Since postage is expensive for shipping to my country, I immediately contacted customer support to ask for help. With the help of Annet (support specialist at Boonstra), I solved my problem: I placed a new order and the money paid in excess was refunded to me.
