There was error on my end as the buyer, whereby the shipping address on my paypal was outdated but the purchase went through. Customer service was fast enough to respond back to my request to cancel the order before it was shipped. It arrived much earlier than expected, within a week by international. I would recommend Baboon for any motorcycle enthusiast looking for spare parts if they need a reliable site.

Delivery was quick but the part was not in good condition. Missing fittings and rust. The parts do NOT fit the bike.

Malheureusement, l'emballage n'est pas assez solide pour la brutalité du transporteur. Carton déchiré, emballages des pièces détruits par les chocs et une des pièces n'est plus présente à l'intérieur. Evidemment impossible de vérifier en présence du transporteur, le déballage prendrait trop de temps. Malgré cela, le service est appréciable.

I was really impressed with the quality of a hard to find part and the speed from the time I placed my order, to when it arrived at my front door. The picture was exactly what I ordered, wasn’t expecting to receive the whole assembly when I opened the box.

Prijs conform met de staat van de onderdelen. Reeds meerdere malen besteld (toen nog onder de oude naam) en nog nooit tegengevallen. Snelle levering (naar België), duidelijke foto’s op de website, gemakkelijke zoekfunctie

Onderdeel besteld maar was defect, oplossing was snel en keurig afgehandeld. Geen centje pijn

Savonds bestelling geplaatst volgende dag gebeld om te vragen wanneer het verstuurd werd(ik had wat haast) een supervriendelijk telefoniste begreep 't en zei mij: meneer ik haal 'm even naar voren zodat hij vandaag nog verstuurd word en de volgende dag had ik mijn bestelling in huis en kon de zelfde dag weer rijden. Supergoed geregeld hele fijne service!

Un produit commandé m'a été signalé avant l'envoie de la commande, photos à l'appuie. Un autre produit a été envoyé à la place après vérification et discussion très sympathique au téléphone. Les produits reçus sont parfait. L'envoie est un peu cher mais les produits arrivent très vite (partis mercredi arrivé vendredi matin). Je recommande Baboon.eu !
