Advies gevraagd om een luchtfilterhuis te bestellen. Hierbij is het verkeerde onderdeel geadviseerd en besteld/opgestuurd. Krijg als reactie: Moet het restant maar even bij de dealer bestellen. Vandaar moeizaam.

Unexplained charges get a bad rating

When choosing to use Boonstra, it is not explained that further charges will be applied by the courier. Only after placing the order, did I receive a telephone call the next day from DHL, that I would be charged a further £46 in their charges!! If I was informed that I would have these further extra costs I definitely would not have used Boonstra.

1 van de producten beschadigd wat niet te zien is op de foto

Erg teleurstellend dat een product dermate beschadigd is en dus niet meer bruikbaar. Dit is niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd.
