Schnelle Lieferung, Ersatzteil wie beschrieben. Sehr netter, prompter Kontakt. Leider paßte das Teil nicht so mußten wir es zurücksenden, aber auch die Rücksendung funktionierte reibungslos und der Betrag wurde schnell wieder gutgeschrieben.

Very good service

I can't fault the service I got. However I did get a £45 import tax bill after ordering and paying for my item. Not the fault of Boonstra but it would of been nice to have been made aware of this on checkout. Thanks

Ordered several second hand parts; all quickly arrived in very good condition, well packed, but one was unfortunately the wrong one. No big deal, one mail, one picture and I was offered shipping of the correct one instead. Congrats on the webshop, and the service. I would certainly not hesitate to order again !
