The website is easy to navigate and the info on all the parts is always spot on. You’re not looking at a stock photo so you get exactly what you were expecting. The shipping is quicker than most packages I order within the in the US and they do a decent job of packaging the part. Although, with the subframe I just bought I feel like it could have used a simple brace between the two halves as it’s only held together at one end by one bolt. And maybe a little bit more bubble wrap as it’s painted not natural finish. Other than that I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping here for parts for my other bike.

The phone number is not on the shipping address so the courier cant call if he cant find the address. also there is no comment field to put there landmarks for the couriers. i had to call DHL twice for them to find the address. the postal code in Romania is not that accurate. Overall the parts are exact like in the pictures
