This is the third time I ordered parts for my BMW. The store search feature is a bit wonky at times, but browsing parts and checkout works like a charm. Packaging and handover to Shipment is done super fast and the ordered pets arrived within a few days (in Austria). All the parts were well described and photographed- so no surprises when unpacking. I highly recommend bootstra - I will definitely buy again!

I was contacted by email regularly to track the progress of my order. It arrived on the day specified in good condition and well packaged. I would definitely order from Boonstra Parts again if I needed anything else.

Simply amazing. The descriptions of the items is very truthful and actually all items were in a better condition than as explained. The shipping and packing is amazing. Bubble wrapped every item. I ordered the items on a Saturday night and received everything the next Wednesday. It is true that shipping costs were a bit high, but ready to pay them for the service. Thanks Steve
