Really good service
Found the part I was looking for for the motorcycle, selected the one I wanted and placed my order. Confirmation notifications received immediately on payment and tracking status available right up to delivery (Netherlands to UK within 48 hours of placing the order). One thing that puzzled me about the online ordering though - I set the site to British (GBP) but at checkout, it converted to what it said was my local currency (EUR), despite me having applied my UK address with my order. However, I think this meant that I ended up paying a higher rate of exchange the part. I really needed to part so didn't make too much of a fuss over a few GBP but something for folks to watch out for on larger, more expensive items. The used part arrived in the condition as advertised and was very well packaged/protected. So service all round was good but could have been excellent if someone could have explained to me about the exchange rate conversion part which was wrongly calculated because EUR is not my local currency, or if they had applied a fix to it.
