Super service! Gebruikt onderdeel besteld, werd snel geleverd, maar was defect. Enkele uren na mijn email hierover kreeg ik al de bevestiging van Sanne dat een ander onderdeel dezelfde dag verstuurd zou worden. Daags daarna inderdaad geleverd en weer een happy biker :-) Geen gedoe met nieuwe bestelling, retourneren en papierwerk. Super!

Searched for a rear mudguard for my BMW C1 Williams and found one on this site. I am based in the UK but this was no problem. Easy simple process to order and pay online. Mijn ervaringen met Boonstra zijn prima. De bestelde onderdelen voldoen precies aan de omschrijving op de website en worden na bestelling vlot geleverd of zijn in mijn geval de volgende dag al op te halen. Alle.

Très satisfait de vos services : Prix, rapide, emballage parfait. Gros bémol sur le service de livraison : Présents à notre domicile. Créneau prévu entre 11h05 et 13h05. Trouvé colis dans le jardin vers 16h !!! Pas un coup de sonnette, pas de téléphone et donc pas de vérification de qualité du colis et bien sûr bon de livraison pas signé par nos soins à réception. Quel manque de conscience professionnels Dommage !

Mann wurde immer über den aktuellen Stand informiert.Bestellung, Bezahlung, Vesand..... Wenn ich wieder was brauche, schaue ich erstmal hier.

Ordering online was easy with many option of payment methods. Also the shipping was fast that it took only a week to arrive as an international shipment. The item was in good condition as advertised though we could have wished that it was packed in a crate.
