)Well, in a nutshell: I bought an exaust muffler and exaust colector for a Ninja 900 (ZXR); the exaust muffles awas advertised as (quote) "a bit scratched but usable". When I received it, was scratched (ok...) and had a hole! OK I admit, not a very big hole, maybe half the diameter of a pecil, but aa muffler with a hole is hardly "usable", at least will not pass MOT. So, not happy , I'm sorry to say. Previous experiences with B-Parts were OK, but this time... Crap.

Searching for parts for my bike and came across Boonstra which I never heard of but gave it a try. Great website, great prices, great communication and super fast shipping, couldn’t be happier. Next time I need parts this will be the first place I go.

Redelijk snel antwoord op vragen altijd producten gekregen die kwalitatief inorde zijn en soms bijna niet van nieuw te onderscheiden. Levering is meestal 2 dagen wat relatief snel is ik zal nog meer bestellen van boonstra!

Ik ben erg te spreken over de manier waarop producten op de webste gepresenteerd worden. Het gaat om tweedehandsproducten en dan is het ene artikel niet gelijk aan het andere. Via goede foto's is prima vast te stellen wat de staat van het product is (voor zover zichtbaar). Maar ook de beoordeling van het product door Boonstra is afdoende correct on probleemloos te kunnen beslissen.

Found the part I was looking for for the motorcycle, selected the one I wanted and placed my order. Confirmation notifications received immediately on payment and tracking status available right up to delivery (Netherlands to UK within 48 hours of placing the order). One thing that puzzled me about the online ordering though - I set the site to British (GBP) but at checkout, it converted to what it said was my local currency (EUR), despite me having applied my UK address with my order. However, I think this meant that I ended up paying a higher rate of exchange the part. I really needed to part so didn't make too much of a fuss over a few GBP but something for folks to watch out for on larger, more expensive items. The used part arrived in the condition as advertised and was very well packaged/protected. So service all round was good but could have been excellent if someone could have explained to me about the exchange rate conversion part which was wrongly calculated because EUR is not my local currency, or if they had applied a fix to it.
