When i ordered these parts, i sent you the whole adress, including the level floor, the number of the apartament and the phone number for a proper shipping. For the second time, DHL didn't received this data and they didn't have any posibility to find me. And, for the second time, i have to give a lot of calls and to go at the DHL center to pick up the package. Waste of time for me! Thank you for that ;)

Customer service was great. Got a reply in matter of minutes and got problem resolved ASAP. The part I ordered was a metal exhaust pipe with minor damage. The gasket was a little ripped. But since it's second hand, it is quite normal to happen when taking part off of bike. The package arrived international in 3 days. Will purchase from them again!
