I think the services from Boonstra are fair and relatively simple. However after looking for an item and purchasing it from their web page, I was later informed that this part did not exist in their warehouse and they had simply forgotten to update their inventory.
Inquiring into a finding new part was tricky, as customer service do not respond between late Friday to Tuesday. On my own intuition I found the item from different model of motorcycle that still matched mine. The price of the item was fair and postage was somewhat expensive but very fast shipping to the UK so not too much of a problem.
The condition of the item I bought was to be expected, it was kept in dry safe conditions and worked out of the box and needed minimum TLC to get it into proper working order, despite looking a tad run-down.
Overall my experiences with boonstra are mixed, I do like the prices, postage and condition of the items they are selling -- but I do not like the apparent lack of employees that are updating stock and helping with customer service inquiries.
