In my first order, one of the parts they sent was defective. For my next order of 4 parts, they accepted payment for 3 parts that they didn't have in stock. The refunds sent were in the wrong amounts. Often, questions I posed were not answered and I had to waste far too much time due to their poor communications. They promised to send a return shipping label, but never did. When I pointed out their multiple errors and refusal to answer certain questions, they took umbrage and cancelled my pending order for the one part they did have in stock. It was a huge aggravation and waste of time; I don't know how a company this bad stays in business.

Dopo lunghe e vane ricerche di ricambi per la mia moto, mi consigliano di dare un'occhiata anche su Baboon (non conoscevo). Da ora in poi saranno il mio riferimento.

I'm in ireland and posting and packaged excellent. 6 delivery's so far and everything works great frist 08 engine and windscreen in great condition delivered to the house with in a week then service kits and frame parts . Excellent Service . Then a big box of breaks heated grips hose pips . I recommend them to all my friends. Thank you.

Kannte vorher Baboon nicht. War angenehm überrascht übder den Preis der bestellten Ware und die zügige Lieferung.

Vlot besteld en vlot geleverd. Enig klein nadeeltje, de zuigertjes zaten rotsvast in de remklauw die ik besteld had. Ik denk dat jullie dit soort zaken beter wat inolien voor ze in het magazijn gaan. Voor de rest, super tevreden.
