The parts I have bought are really good, buy I had problems confirming that the parts would fit my motorcycle. The Yamaha XJ750 (15R) designation is very vague and could be improved, such as detailing the actual model and year of the bike. For instance, the left-hand clutch lever/ switchgear actually fits several models (including my 1981 XJ750RH), but the only description given is for a XJ750 (15R). Other than that, great service, nice parts and quick delivery. Thanks very much. Guy Australia

Ordered a stock Triumph muffler, couldn't get one anywhere else. Recieved my order in 3 days. Bloody great considering I'm in Australia. Will come here first if I need any parts in the future.

Snel geleverd, producten zoals omschreven. Alleen DHL helaas respectloos met de bestelde producten.

Motorblok besteld en 2 dagen later had ik hem in huis! Keurig en ******proof ingepakt. Het enigste minpuntje is, dat je 8 dagen omruil garantie krijgt, maar om dit motorblok netjes te monteren (in de tuin/zonder te veregenen), zal die termijn te kort blijken en kan je pas later ondervinden of het geleverde blok "netjes" loopt! Hopelijk is Boonstra dan coulant!

It sucks I didn't even get my part

When I received the speedometer it was extremely dirty. Corrosion on the circuit board. This unit could never have been checked out before shipping to me. Delivery was good though, but thoroughly disappointed with state of device overall. I contacted their customer support person Annet and she resolved all my issues and promised to look into the shipping issues and gave me a full refund for the unit. It is good to know if there is a problem with the part Boonstra will certainly fix it. Thank you Anne and Boonstra for great customer support and caring.

I've purchased from Boonstra in the past and have never been disappointed with my purchases. They have one of the widest selection of parts for all bikes and I never worry if I change bikes that I cannot find the parts at Boonstra.
