Ik had een zadel besteld. Het artikel zag eruit als op de foto, zeer netjes. De bestelling kwam binnen de aangegeven tijd binnen en was netjes verpakt. De prijs vond ik aan de hoge kant.

The website is having some weak points: 1. If you are logged into your account and have your bikes saved, cannot load your bike to get the apartaining parts displayed. 2. After introducing manually the bike, there are displayed all the parts for it, cannot choose by bike sections like engine, front wheel, fairing, etc... 3. The search engine is not working when try to find a certain part, GL 1500 front brake caliper left, for eg. 4. The worst is that the shopping cart cannot be saved and is also reset if your internet connection is interrupted...I experienced after searching of 121 pages of parts and adding to cart 17 items, I lost everything from the cart...hours and hours of work for nothing... 5. The part's pictures are hard to be seen in the attached pictures slideshow due to impossible to magnify after the first picture is displayed. This is happening on Android, did not checked on PC or IOS. 6. There is no compensation vouchers system working in place despite there are old and consistent clients, to gat an discount you need to ask personally via e-mail, delayed answers, time consuming.

Schnelle Lieferung, Ersatzteil wie beschrieben. Sehr netter, prompter Kontakt. Leider paßte das Teil nicht so mußten wir es zurücksenden, aber auch die Rücksendung funktionierte reibungslos und der Betrag wurde schnell wieder gutgeschrieben.

Ordered several second hand parts; all quickly arrived in very good condition, well packed, but one was unfortunately the wrong one. No big deal, one mail, one picture and I was offered shipping of the correct one instead. Congrats on the webshop, and the service. I would certainly not hesitate to order again !
