UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY

PLACED AN ORDER WITH A 60 EURO 2 day delivery option. After sending 10 emails, and 6 days, they have answered saying part of the order is missing and if I want a refund. Its unacceptable to offer and expensive 2 day delivery option and answer after I sent 10 email inquiring where my order is, and 4 days after the package should have arrived. very good prices, extremely lazy, not caring staff. Very bad experience
