Customer service was great. Got a reply in matter of minutes and got problem resolved ASAP. The part I ordered was a metal exhaust pipe with minor damage. The gasket was a little ripped. But since it's second hand, it is quite normal to happen when taking part off of bike. The package arrived international in 3 days. Will purchase from them again!

Snel ontvangen en ik denk dat het het juiste onderdeel is. Mijn monteur moet er nog naar kijken. Hij kan mij alleen niet zo snel inplasnen. Hoop dat maand garantie vdoende is om te kijken of het onderdeel goed is.

Het onderdeel betrof een origineel en zoals omschreven product. De afhandeling/koop verliep vlot en heb hem goed orde en snel ontvangen.

Great experience, really fast processing. Even during Covid, I had my bike part in Australia within 5 working days. Turns out It all came in cheaper than I could find anywhere, even with fast shipping so I was stoked.
