All good, some small improvement ideas related to the shipping: -I received no confirmation via email about the order & shipment processing and tracking number. This I would expect to get. -As my phone nr was not added to the shipment details, there were some complications to reach me which caused a slight delay and I had to make arrangements myself with DHL. Easily fixed by adding the recipient phone nr to the shipment details. -I wish there was a cheaper shipping option than the 25€ DHL service, in case you are not in a hurry to get the product. In my case shipping cost was 50% of purchase value.

War anfangs besorgt um die Bestellung, da ich keine Bestätigungsmail erhielt, bekam auf meine Anfrage prompt Support und Antwort, die Lieferung war sogar bereits unterwegs und in unschlagbarer Zeit geliefert worden. Gerne wieder!
