Good communication and support, fast delivery, I received what I ordered
I ordered a complete engine for my scooter. My questions towards their customer support were answered fast and it was very helpful.
I received the engine strapped to a small palette and wrapped in foil, I think everything was well protected by the slightly larger pallette than the engine.
The engine itself was good looking and clean, the air intake was closed by a rag, so nothing could fall inside.
Very good protected and packed, I could make it hardly better.
The engine is installed now and runs good.
Overall I am very happy.
