Ik was opzoek naar onderdelen voor de FZ1. Boonstra heeft alles snel en goed geleverd.

Bonjour. Lors de l'achat, la pièce est proposée TTC, résidant en Guadeloupe je ne suis pas assujetti à la TVA. Malgré cela, le prix de la pièce est resté le même, et sur la facture ne figurait plus la TVA, j'ai du m'acquitter, à réception, des Taxes et Droits en vigueur ds ma Région, de ce fait j'ai été taxé sur un montant TTC, sans possibilité de me faire rembourser la TVA que vs avez perçue. Au final j'ai acquitté deux fois les Taxes. Je suis insatisfait. Pour ce qui est de la conformité des pièces et de la livraison je suis satisfait. Bien à vous.

Cercavo da tempo un ricambio molto difficile da reperire usato e originale, avevo sentito parlare solo bene di Boonstra Parts e una volta trovato sul sito non me lo sono fatto scappare, arrivato con due giorni di anticipo il ricambio era proprio quello della foto e, nonostante fosse molto robusto è arrivato imballato a dovere. Bravissimi!

The parts I ordered were well catalogued and arrived in expected condition. Even though i purchased used parts, they are very usable on my bike and have been treated well. The whole experience of buying a used part was great from finding the product to checkout. The only major gap I experienced was that inspite of lot of mails on my queries, I have not received single response by any of the support team. In this case how to check for parts that could potentially be avay in future, more from queries and updates standpoint. This needs to be taken care.

Purchased an R1250GS seat in new condition. Had an issue with a little mark on the seat & the company was very willing to refund my money & arrange all nessesary w/o any extra cost from me.. hopefuly, I fix it by myself with some soap & water & there was no need to return the seat back. I really appreciated their support!! Good job guys!
