I contacted Boonstra with information regarding a very difficult part to find and even though the customer service was a bit itchy and no guarantee or warranty for the part was given all the rest was fantastic and the part is now mounted and working on the motorcycle! Dit is de tweede keer dat ik van Boonstra gebruik maak. Ik vind wat ik nodig heb en de verzending en kwaliteit van wat ik krijg is uitstekend. Waar ik kansen voor verbetering zie is de site en de manier waarop die werkt. De respons is vrij traag. De manier van zoeken moeizaam in mijn beleving. De categorisering voor mij slecht te begrijpen. Daardoor kost zoeken best wat tijd, maar kom je al zoekende ook dingen tegen die wellicht ook bruikbaar zijn. Ieder nadeel heeft een voordeel.
