I ordered a used part from the site and it said that it would arrive in 8 days. It arrived in 5 days,in excellent condition (I am in another country than the shop,too!),better than expected actually and in very good packaging. I will order again without reservation if I need anything!

Ordered a part that was in stock on yje website, had to wait over a week to be told it was no longer in stock and wait for my refund, I was relying on this part and has now delayed getting my bike up abr running

Unfortunately they did not have all the parts l needed and l need to go elsewhere my mistake l am still waiting coming up 8 wks
