Satisfied.

I was expecting to get a good support ( standard) for my navigation system, and i was counting to get the right piece with all the accessories included in the package that you sent me..... But unfortunately, didn't work wel with the some items and I had to improved by myself with something different ( which i did) and now it's ok! The RAM standard works perfectly well!

Bonne expérience.

J'ai trouvé une pièce introuvable,neuve d'origine, le prix est en conséquence , il faut l'accepter. Service rapide, problème quand à la livraison DHL , je n'en ai pas été informé, c'est un voisin qui m'a dit que j'avais un colis sur un escalier jamais utilisé, depuis 1 semaine !

I placed my order Tuesday afternoon Albuquerque time / Middle of the night in Ureterp. Bright and early Wednesday morning they wrapped my part and shipped it, I had it Friday afternoon. My part is basically NOS, no damage at all. I don't think it matters where you are in the world, if they have your part, just buy from them.

Found the rare brackets I needed for the saddlebags for my 2005 VRSCSE V-rod. Received the parts in 4 business days from Boonstra Motoren B.V. to the Kansas City, KS area! Packaging was excellent; heavy duty boxed and wrapped. I did not create an account when I ordered so I couldn't see tracking information. I got in touch with them and they helped me get lined out on the tracking. First rate service!
