The item was delivered in a very impressive 2 days ! and well packed. A motorbike exhaust manifold delivered in clean condition as per description and pictures. Communication was very good. No problems, a very smooth transaction from start to finish, Well satisfied.

Bought two side fairings for 2004 Aprilia RSV 1000 Factory. They arrived in a very badly packed large cardboard box which had obviously come apart and with masses of DHL (the carrier) repackaging tape around it which had been used to put it together again, but both panels were still exposed to damage in transit. Not what you would expect from Europe's largest motorcycle parts warehouse. All Boonstra Parts could offer by way of an acknowledgement of their low standard of packaging was an apology. A normal gesture of a small partial refund would have sweetened this transaction for me and removed the need for this negative review, but there you go.

Het verzenden kon naar mijn mening vlotter. Maar wat de kroon spant is minimale verzendkosten van 10,- hamsteren. Terwijl mijn pakkingen prima in een bubbeltjesenveloppe had gekund. Ipv in een doos, aangevuld met oud papier! Reactie gevraagd en dit was het minimale verzend tarief van DHL. Wat de grootste onzin is. Aangezien dit 2,95 / 3,95 is... Komt over als ****** winst willen maken op verzendkosten. En dat in een tijd dat je geen keuze hebt, en zoveel mogelijk thuis moet blijven. En daardoor dus dingen laat bezorgen
