Polite customer support but not good product delivery.
I purchased a large heat pump boiler that qualified for free delivery. However, when the delivery man came he just wanted to leave the package outside and let me carry it inside (which can't be done by only one person). I contacted Customer Support which was quite polite and fast to help, and they informed me that it was policy to deliver to the door.
I did check the FAQs on their website and didn't find any mention of this "policy". I have purchased heavy items in the past and they are always delivered inside the house (with different rules for apartments on higher floors). Considering that it is a store that specializes in delivering bulky items, I would expect them to guarantee "proper" delivery.
In the end, I was left with a large package outside my door... With the Customer Support representative being very nice, but in the end was still "my problem" to deal with.
I do give them positive points for their item stock in their website being accurate and their Customer Support being fast to act and very polite.
