We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with a leaking tire, especially so soon after installation. The warranty process is indeed handled directly by the manufacturer, which can sometimes make it less flexible than we’d like. Unfortunately, the inspection requires the tire to be physically returned to the supplier for testing, and this can take several weeks.
